You can delete your KyroPlay account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deletion takes effect immediately and can't be undone.
1. Delete your account in the app
- Open KyroPlay and go to Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account, read what will happen, and confirm.
2. Can't open the app?
Send a deletion request to support[at]kyroplay.ai (replace [at] with @). Please:
- send it from the email address of the Google account you use to sign in, or include your username and public ID;
- write "Delete my account" in the subject line.
To protect you, we may ask you to confirm the account is yours. Once confirmed, we delete the account within 7 days and reply to let you know.
3. What happens when you delete your account
Right away: your account is closed and you're signed out on every device. It can't be reopened or restored.
Within minutes: your data is removed from KyroPlay, and other people can no longer see it.
This removes:
- your profile, sign-in details, avatar, bio, birth date and other profile information;
- your games and projects, including published games, which are taken down and can no longer be played;
- your conversations with the AI and the reference images you uploaded;
- your friends, follows, private nicknames and blocks;
- your direct conversations (the whole conversation disappears for both people), and your comments with the replies under them;
- your likes, bookmarks, play history, scores, leaderboard entries, cloud saves and progress;
- multiplayer rooms you created, your Credits balance and membership status.
Remixes that other people made from your published games are their own games, so they stay on KyroPlay. Copies of public games that someone already saved on their own device aren't affected. If you sign up again later, even with the same Google account, you start a new account with none of the old data.
4. What we keep, and for how long
After removal, your data is held in a restricted internal archive for up to 30 days so we can investigate abuse, fraud or legal claims, and is then permanently deleted. We keep only the following for longer:
| Data | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase records (order ID, product, date) | Tax, accounting and refund disputes | 5 years after the purchase |
| Safety and moderation records | Protecting users and enforcing our rules | Up to 2 years after a case is closed |
| Record that you accepted our terms (without IP address or device details) | Showing consent | As long as legally needed |
We may also keep play and performance statistics that no longer identify you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Subscriptions and Credits
- Cancel your membership first. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your App Store settings.
- Unused Credits and remaining membership time are lost when your account is deleted and can't be refunded or transferred, unless the law says otherwise.
